Heading hidden
The next decade should see the long delayed rise of East and Central Africa. Over the past few years all 3 East African countries have discovered natural resources such as oil and natural gas and there is a huge demand for infrastructure growth such as ports, roads, railways and bridges. In addition, there is also a burgeoning middle class and the demand for real estate and low cost housing is expected to double in the next decade. Several international companies are now establishing their regional hub in Nairobi which has an excellent airport that serves and connects to the rest of Africa.
